How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for early morning flights. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to driver availability.
Do you monitor flights for delays?
Yes, we monitor all flights in real-time and automatically adjust pickup times for delays. There's no charge for reasonable delays, and we'll keep you updated on any schedule changes.
How many suitcases fit in your 8-seater minibus?
Our 8-seater minibus can accommodate up to 6 large suitcases (up to 32kg each) plus multiple cabin bags and backpacks. Please specify your luggage requirements when booking to ensure we can accommodate everything.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request for £5 each. We have ISOFIX-compatible seats suitable for different age groups. Please specify the number and type of child seats needed when making your booking.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept cash, card payments, and contactless payments. Payment is made at the end of your journey. We also offer corporate account billing for business customers.
Do you offer meet & greet service?
Yes, our professional meet & greet service is available at all terminals for £10. We'll meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board, making it easy to find your driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and automatically adjust pickup times for delays. We include 30 minutes free waiting time, with additional waiting charged at £10 per 30 minutes if needed.
Are your prices fixed or can they change?
All our prices are fixed fares with no hidden charges. The price we quote is the price you pay, regardless of traffic conditions or the route taken.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes, we provide 24/7 service including early morning pickups from 4 AM onwards and late-night transfers. We understand that flights operate around the clock and we're here when you need us.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Radcliffe, Bury, Whitefield, Prestwich, Bolton, Salford, Central Manchester, and surrounding areas. We provide transfers to Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds Bradford airports.
How do I know my driver has arrived?
Your driver will contact you when they arrive at your pickup location. For airport pickups, we'll meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Changes within 2 hours may incur a £10 administration fee.
Do you provide receipts for business expenses?
Yes, we provide receipts for all payments. Corporate receipts are available upon request, and we offer corporate account billing for regular business customers.
What if I have special assistance requirements?
We provide ground-level access and assistance for passengers with mobility needs at no extra charge. Please specify any special requirements when booking so we can ensure appropriate assistance.
How do you calculate travel times?
Travel times are based on typical traffic conditions and may vary depending on the time of day, weather, and road conditions. We always allow extra time for early morning flights and peak periods.
